relieving starved stomachs

differences and disagreements temporarily silenced,
transferred into respectful handshakes.
laughter emits through the yard.

in air, land, and sea,
protecting our people

and limitless courage,
providing a future for our children
which is free,
with honor deeply embedded
in red, white, and blue.
